How to transmog legendary's on private servers 5.4.2/5.4.7

Iv been playing a fairly populated Russian server for quite some time for quite some time now and i see a lot of people transmoging legendary items i hear its done with cheat engine but not sure , does anyone have any info here? please PM me or post here if so.

There are a lot of Very good programs that swap display ID's, and you can actually save your outfit (it saves it in your Cache folder, so unless you delete it you can play with that outfit forever)
Cheat engine does the same, but it's way more annoying to use, I think it doesn't save either.
The only con is that you're the only one who is able to see this outfit, unless someone starts using your cache folder :P

I think the WotLK version would also work with MoP since it just scans your cache, the developer didn't put the item names manually.
