WoW Client Downloading Info

Hey! I'm using ManGOS 4.3.4 private server with my friends. And i'm also using a wow patched client for 4.3.4
When i go in to the game, some quests are bugged (for example: fear no evil. from brother paxton in northshire(starter place human). I can't right click the soldiers to revive them) and npc's disappear and go underground (under buildings, not world floors). It is possible to make the launcher not go directly to login screen, but to get it to download all data? like the unplayable, playable and optimal. When I go around in my world, it is a circular icon in the top mid of my screen saying: downloading data. Right clicking (mouseover is usually giving a gear icon(gear icon: function, like capturing a flag on mouseover on the flag it is giving the player a gear icon on the mouse or right clicking on a portal.)) is not working and several boss functions are not working. I think it is because almost all the data isn't downloaded(core data and all other data).
