need help finding a repack

Hello, I am looking for a repack for any of the main types (arcemu, mangos, trinitycore etc) that would allow for a 1-2 player with bots set-up for WoW. I had a look at the single player project real but it appears to be outdated in terms of mangos core so I am looking for an alternative, just want to make a server for me & my brother (or me, if he decides he hates WoW) to explore, do quests in etc, also would prefer one that allows me to make world events happen. I would also like to know how to get the required content (a link to a tutorial would suffice). thanks

1.There is only one or two repacks of that kind, they are not really outdated. Its for patch 3.3.5.

2.The bot script can be found but you will have to know C++ to get it working. (ike3/mangos @ GitHub)

3. Use the SPP server repack.
