Need help making a server

Hello people! I'm trying to build a private server to play on with my girlfriend. We would maily use it to build stuff and play "house"... (think minecraft in wow)
What's the best and fastest way to make this work? (hamachi is ok)
What is the best server for building stuff? (the one with the most options or the easiest one)

I suggest to use a repack, it's not the best way but it's the easiest for personal use. Search for a Trinity Core repack, that offers the best quality in my opinion.
However building stuff in WoW is probably not as easy as in Minecraft. I don't really know an easy way to search for objects or some addon that helps you spawn them.
