i am asking about the suitable server hardware for a small start 200-400 players.
what should i get?and for what price?what options should i integrate in the server?

Mhh it may sounds a bit rude but just take my opinion.
How you want to own and maintain a server if you need to get spoonfeeded every single thing on your way? Its even more bad since your questions are answered dozen times everywhere on the web and moreover not answerable since it depends on you and how you modify / improve the core.

Just buy a VPS first, if it isnt enough you upgrade, if it stil isnt enough you upgrade again. Whats so hard about that?
