Which Ports to forward

Seem's like my server isn't actually public, website either, so maybe it has to do with my ports i thought i forwarded them so does anyone the the list of ports i need to forward for the website/ making server public, also i'm using a telus router do i use this computers ip adress or the modem ip adress?

Just for the server itself 3724 and 8085 are required.

If you want a website from the same server PC Port 80 is required. and if you want your SQL server accessible from outside local host you need 3306. (Unless you changed the port for SQL)
