Others cannot connect, I have tried everything jeuties 3.3.5

My friend is stuck at connecting sometimes and then it will be login server down, I noticed with my netstat -n in CMD I did not see anything sending anything from the auth server port "3274" I had him try every IP I possibly could think of and he is using the same torrented version as I am. He was able to connect when he was hooked up to my router but now that he is at his house he cannot connect and no his realmlist IP is not my lan server ip.




here are all the images I think I need.

I have a mangos 1.12 server up and running too, all though not at the same time because they will be using the same ports and cause me problems.
I made sure that the other server is 100% down before I even attempted to start this one.


Any help is greatly appreciated.
