2.4.3 chance on hit bug?

I have "chance on hit" spells on my weapons, but they never proc! These are not the default items btw, they're custom. The coding is right though, so wtf?

What rev/repack are you currently using & what database ?

This gives us no real info to go on. For all we know, the revision could be crap, the core could be crap, the db could be crap, the spells might not be usable for proc chances, all sorts of possible answers.

Mangos, and some 711 repack thing. I'll check later.

The custom items are from wow-v downloader, and all I did was take out the last variable so they work with the server.
