Registration help

I need help setting up my registration page for my wow private server if someone can please TeamViewer me i would appreciate it, everything i have tried did not work for me i search and im still getting a error like after i start all services with wamp and all then try to run mysql in my server repack it dosn't come up.

Wamp could have its own sql running.
- Check CTRL ALT DELETE and go to services and shut it down then start the repack sql.
