im player of RO2 SEA and i also played WoW private server then i was notice there is a similarity about RO2 and WoW. is the WoW emulator engine can use for RO2 games making some modification, importing all the Ragnarok Online 2 system just like that.

No, the systems are not compatible with each other in any way, It may appear similar on a user-end since many software engineers design software to display using standardisations. But the code behind it and the file formats used are completely and utterly different.

Of course, if you had the right knowledge then you can take some models from one game and convert them to the file format of the other game. While this is entirely possible, I don't think you would be able to do it since it is very hard. There are no guides for this sort of thing.
