Create Custom Item with Nitro Boost / Pyro Rocket Effect

Hey, i wanna create 2 Custom Items that can be used and give the Pyro Rocket Effect and the Nitro Boost Effect.
I already found the the Spellid, but i need to make it usable and give them a Cooldown. Could anyone tell me where i can change that?
Or give me a Query

Well in the 'Item Template' tab theres a spellid, u can set the trigger to 0 (On Use). and put to cooldown to something u want.

Alright, Cooldown or Categorycooldown? And to what if i want to to be for example 2 Min

the field is in miliseconds. so 120secs (2mins) would be 120000


Category cooldown is if u want to share the cooldown with other items, like pvp trinkets.
