Dual Classes?

Explanation:
Earlier on when I first started playing private servers I came across Corrupted-WoW, which at one point had a dual class system, essentially it was your main class + all the spells gained from talents of your second class that youd be able to use, So if you were a shaman-druid, with druid as your secondary class, youd get, Insect Swarm, Typhoon, Force of Nature, Starfall, Omen of Clarity, Natures Swiftness, Swiftmend and Wildgrowth (3.3.5a Talent Trees) after a long quest chain.

Question:
How hard would it be to recreate something like this?
Would it be strictly through Lua? or would I need to use some C++ too?
Is there any Special MySQL work id need to do?

You can do it either way.

When you get to where you want the player to get the spell, you just go

plr->LearnSpell(spellid);

And it is as simple as that.
