Auto program?

When it was still 3.0.9 I used to have a server, I recall having an program in which I could start MySQL, logonserver, change realmlist, add admins, launch wow(I believe), any idea what this is called, or is it the arcemu itself(haven't tried it yet, downloading).

It is a launcher... I don't know which one there are lots of them look on the arcemu forums, the one I suggest is: ArcEmu Server Manager - ArcEmu
