I'm assuming you've just compiled recently and are on the latest revision of Arcemu.

I executed most of the sql files
    If you are using WhyDB:
The SQL files you executed were in the ascent_world or the changesets folder? (Located in whydb/development). Forgive me if you already know this (I'm gambling on the assumption you're new to Arcemu and Mangos user may make this mistake), but the best way to import your database is by going into your folder that you downloaded WhyDB into and using tool.bat (or import.bat). If you've done that and this is all a recent download/compile, your database should be up to date and shouldn't require changesets as far as I know.

However, if you downloaded and compiled a while ago, take note of what changeset you are on (in my case when I open my changesets folder I see changeset_107.sql as the last one) and download/Git updates from WhyDB and execute any new changesets.

If you've messed something up, you can always re-import via tool.bat in your WhyDB download folder. This will clear the database and re-import it clean to whatever database revision you've downloaded.

If any of this doesn't make any sense, I'll be happy to clarify. Hope this solved your issue.

Sorry but I compiled a trinity core but I did use the installer but everytime I used it for the characters database it wouldn't do anything like it would say it was done but then I checked the database there was nothing there

Haha well this is why you should tag your posts (I can see your brand new so it's not a big deal), but on new posts, you can add a tag so people like me don't make assumptions. I don't know much about Trinity, but I'm sure others do. I'll give it a shot though.

So it's only the character database that's having this issue?

It should be setting up the structure of the character database I believe and not inputting new information into the tables since there aren't any characters on your realm yet. Is it at least setting up the structure?
