What OS do you use?

Question I'm wondering is: What OS are you using to run your Emulator and why?
The more details, the better.

For 80% of testing windows 7 professional x6 as thats my main pc. to run the server its either server 2003 (back in the day) or server 2008 as it has enhanced network stuff.

My emulator of choice has always been TrinityCore.
I test everything on a windows 7 machine and until recently, I've always hosted my server on a windows 7 machine as well.

Recently, I've considered using Debian as my host OS. Mostly because it uses less memory when idle than Win7 or WinServer.
