New Spell upon Creation

I'm looking to have a mount given to characters upon character creation during the beta time of my server. I'm looking through the SQL structures and if anyone knows how to do this already please let me know; I'll keep looking in the mean time.

Mangos Zero 1.12.1 Server
MySQL 5.5 Server

The column-names should be self explanatory.

Also, putting 0 for the race and class columns SHOULD work as a catchall for every race/class combo. However, I'm not sure if that functionality has been added to MaNGOSZero.
