Could someone help me make a private server on a MAC?

So I used this video tutorial I found on YouTube outlining how to use a program called eMux to easily make a private server on Mac.

I believe eMux is a GUI which uses ArcEmu to make the private server. Listed below is the developers website and program:

If anyone knows how to use this it would be awesome to have some guidance. So far I can download all of the files needed but I cannot get the IFDB or WhyDB to download. It says it is just "Not Found" However I was wondering if I needed a program like navicat or something. But the tutorial doesn't say anything about using navicat or some other program.

I don't intend to make this a public server, I just want to screw around and use GM commands to revisit the good old days of MC, BWL and AQ. I have not played wow in a long time and just want to screw around without dedicating 6 hours a night to raiding in the retail version. If someone could please help me with this tutorial, or point me towards another 3.3.5a tutorial or program to use I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
