    Change spells damage?

    Sup guys.

So I'm trying to fix some spells on my ArcEmu compile and I was wondering where the interval for a spells damage is. Is it inside the dbc or compiled into the core?
Because what i wanna do is this:

As we know some spells are pretty op and some really sucks on the server, so i would like to manage the amount of damage done by a spell or attack.

For example than, take Frostbolt. Let's say it's doing around 4-5k damage and I would like to increase that damage to around 7-8k. Is this possible? And if so how?
All kinds of answer is appreciated.
