How do i make/Edit a MySQL Account?

Hey peeps,

I was editing my Database last night, and i saw my MySQL Password of localhost was 0600vcb0423c0 or something like that, so i changed it.
Now it gives an error, that the password is incorrect.
Anyone knows howto a good Program to make Encrypted Passwords?? And Decrypt them aswell ?

PS: all my Server things say, thay cant get in the database because of this, so please help me ! I want the PAssword back, and not leave it blank

you'll need to reinstall mysql, without the password you cannot create additional accounts.

Just uninstall MySQL and make sure that the MySQL file is deleted from your program files. if not Delete it. then reinstall MySQL.

thats the only way. Trust me Ive been here. hahah

If you're running Xampp a back up root account is accessible that can be reset via a batch script.

If your using a normal SQL server then as others have said, you must reinstall.

For future reference, go into a MySQL GUI program, such as SQLyog, and go to tools -> users -> create user.

I copied the Password of another User, and Decrypted it.
It seems to work.

But how do i make a new MySQL account, with password.
The Same as .account create :P

You can't do it from in game... Get SQLyog or Navicat etc and go to add user.
