ArcEmu 3.2.0 Heroes of Northrend v.7 arcemu-world 10013 error

I downloaded the ArcEmu 3.2.0 Heroes of Northrend Repack, and i got the MySql to run normally, as well as the arcemu-logonserver, but when i run the arcemu-world, i get this error at the bottom:

Connection failed due to: 'Can't connect to MySqL server on 'localhost' (10013)

The arcemu-world then proceeds to exit on me.

Can anyone help me?

BTW, i am a complete computer noob, and new to these forums, so please go slow and be patient.

Sounds like you haven't modified your .CONF files properly. You should contact me in msn [email protected] if you still wan't help with that. I'm fairly sure I can help
