Trinity Core commands

Does anyone know how to make a custom command that is ".vend" and it teleports you to these coords:
x:16233
y:16280
z:21
map: 1

since no one has answered this. Whoever makes me a command for a TrinityCore server that is called using ".vend" and takes the player to those coords. Ill paypal you $5. its not much but it takes 10 minutes to make this. I just dont know C++ so i cant :/ i only know java.
