world database not found

My server can't find the mangos db, and i can't upload to the phpMyAdmin thingy. Heeeelp!

Make sure the mangos database is there.

Just made that work. Now, the problem is that I can't connect. Not even with the localhost as my realmlist. It stops at success or logging into gameserver. I have tried a dyndns.org domain for the server, but the only thing that happens now is that i get disconnected the second i try to log in... I really want to make it public, so a friend can join me playing. (I have opened so to say every port there is on my computer and on my server.
