How do I set the starting level of chars on my P Server? (1.12.1)

I am using Smart Ass Child's MaNGOS Zero Fun-Blizz Repack V2.5 on a private server I run for myself. I want to eventually be able to make it public, so I want to fix something.

I want it to be an instant 60 server (with vendors for some 60 gear ofcourse).

So, I'm wondering how I change it so characters start at level 60? Is this a Database thing?

Find the higlighted file and open it with notepad / Notepad ++


Find the highlighted line and change to 60 like I have. It's line 659 if you have notepad ++ to see the lines.
