No voting = No portals

I am trying to find a script that I saw some time ago. Problem is that I have suffered a major PC disaster which ended in me losing every script that I had, I lost all original files and links where I can get them again (because stupid me didn't make a backups).

Basicly what script does is: It does not let you use portals if you haven't voted for the server. In order to use Dalaran/Shat portals, user must vote for server first.

Script is needed for TrinityCore2 3.3.5a

Can someone help me in locating this script again?
