How do I make a quest?

I am working with another to build a wow blizzlike realm. However, I want to add a few custom quests for some quest hubs I'm building.

How do I make a quest? Do I need a program? Or do I use wow-v and use an option other than trinity b/c there is no option for it?

Also, how in the heck do I take an SQL that wow-v gives me and put it on the server.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

BTW, the server is running Trinity Core and is 3.3.5a.
