Why aren't there 4.0.0+ Pservs yet?

Please don't close the thread/delete the thread, I've seen mods close cataclysm pserv question threads for no reason and I want to keep this as a source cause I have short term memory loss ^^'

Anyway, why aren't there 4.0.1-4.0.3a servers yet?
I know that OPcodes take a long time to find but people have made many generators to get the opcodes fairly quickly, and with 12+ Million WoW Players, (15-33% create/modify/update emulator pservers) we should have at least a 4.0.1 server by now, and one of the top reasons people aren't making cata servers is because they think blizzard'll shut down. But weren't the previous 4.0.0 alpha servers shut down because blizzard stated that the servers will only go down until cataclysm is officially released, then the servers can go back up. So can anyone please tell me the full story of why not? I'm very confused.

Every new patch there is a flood of people on all the different WoW emulation forums. They are people who have never contributed anything to WoW emulation, and demand that developers work on Cataclysm. Usually, they're rude. When they are their threads are simply locked on nearly all emulation forums.

Cataclysm has brought major changes (obviously)

They're being worked on.

It will be released when it's done.

Yes, cataclysm has brought a lot of changes and opcodes are randomized every patch + encryption key, but why aren't those found out yet? 4.0.1 was released some months ago and programmers have made many bots to find the opcodes, and the encryption key as well.

He's saying the majority of people are rude and demanding.

Maybe if you learnt how to reverse engineer and decrypt packets then you can do it, it's no easy task. A lot of it has been figured out but figuring out the packets is only the start, there is a lot of work that needs to be done for anyone even considering updating to 4.0.1, just updating the packets will get you a game where you can login and nothing will work.
