    Cinematic Help Question

So basically I have a Quest where the player needs to trade his hearthstone with the Quest giver And he starts casting it as soon as the player finishes it by the Lua script I've made but after he finishes casting it, it fails and he dies due to it. But What I want is to get another NPC which is next to the Questgiver to have the function at least and run over to the Corpse of the Quest Giver and "Ress" it by a visual spell... It's one of my first scripts so I don't know much about how to make an already spawned NPC follow a function in this script. Always had problems with two NPC's that were already spawned to do something with scripting so I decided to ask for some Help...

I don't think you will be able to literally ress the npc, you would have to respawn him which wouldn't look so good.

Instead set bytes1 to 7 (no idea how to do this in Lua - there is a set byte command but I don't understand the structure). This will make the npc appear dead. Either set health to 1 or make it untargetable to get the dead effect to look realistic.
The commands for bytes are as follows:
    Code:
:SetByteValue(index, index1, value) : Sets the byte at index, index1 to value.
:SetByte(index, index1, value) : Sets the byte at index, index1 to value.
To control multiple npc's, look at my reply to this post: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-of-warcraft/emulator-servers/questions-requests/314442-quest-script-not-sure-how-code.html (I can't be bothered to type it out again).

There is an 'API' of sorts that can be found here: http://www.arcemu.org/wiki/index.php...=Unit_Commands
