Dodge vault bug..

Many people need this and i need a answear.. if someone can anyway to fix the Dodge vault to like 20% or 10% it should be awesome god and should rep for all my life...

I think he wants to cap the dodge rate.

Yes i really need to fix the dodge vault.. imean sometimes its 95% and sometimes its 15% so annying.. idk why and i really have to fix it.. and i also have to know how to fix the skill max level.. like in 80 you have sword 1 hand-450/450 in skill on 254 servers you have 1270/1270 if someone know please...

K well first go into player.cpp (..\ArcEmu\trunk\src\arcemu-world) and find the line
"tmp = min( max ( tmp, 0.0f ), 95.0f );"
change the 95.0f to whatever u want ur cap (e.g. 35.0f)
