Instance teleport

Hey so didnt know if this has been on the forums, search didn't find anything.
My question is:
Is it possible to somehow edit an instance portal, so if I enter in a portal or any other gate, I get teleported to another? E.g. I use a portal to orgrimmar (0) and get ported to sw(1)?
I wanna do smth--->ID:690(starting DK zone,villages untouched etc)

Portals uses a spell to port you there and you can edit that spell to port you to wherever in some spell table, can't put my finger on which though as it's been so long since I did that.

You can always create a new portal with lua and a new object using a portal display - there are a ton of guides on the subject.

I think you go into your database with a mysql editor(navicat/heidsql) and go to the table: ''Teleport Coords'' search your portal spell and edit the coordinates to what you want.
