SQL Editing Problems

I thought id have to make a new thread to get your attention, i am new to sql and i can anyone tell me how to edit the stamina stat in my items database on all items at once, i know this was poted before but i cant wait till someone decides to read the old post, can you specifically explain what column i have to edit to do what i want, if it helps the program im using it HeidiSQL 5.0.0.3272

better use navicat .it much easier in use . and there is no way to edit stamina only because its looks like that lstat1l stat2l stat3l stat4l and all stats got their id's ( as example agility can be under stat1 but in other item that dont gives agility under stat1 will be stamina ore strenght )

UPDATE `items` SET stat_value1 = something WHERE stat_type1 = 7;
UPDATE `items` SET stat_value2 = something WHERE stat_type2 = 7;

Rinse and repeat for every stat column and tada.
