How to transfer chars ?

Can anyone tell me how i can transfer chars from mangos to mangos ... chars + accounts i tryed many versions and each time when i log on char discconect me from server , please help :wave:

change the account number in the characters table? its the second column.

or if you mean transferring to a whole new database, then make sure you copy ALL tables needed, dump a sql file from all the character and account tables, including inventory, corpse, arenateam..... whatever related table to your character, and execute that in the new database. If you miss one table most likely you will get dc. Also if the new mangos has a different table structure it probably wont work unless you manually edit the fields... and that's a pain.

yes to transfer to a new db i tryed and after i execute sqls mangosd.exe stop working
