my level cap for 255 is not working

im using arcemu i set the level cap to 255 in my optional conf folder but when i use the gm command .levelup and then the amount that should get me to 255 i stay at 80 how come? here is my conf folder

Also some emulators tend to stay at 80/100 to prevent bugs, this can be changed in the core.
