    [Mangos] "Wall" For Mobs ?

    Hi guys.

I'm looking for some time, just how the NPC does not pass through walls.

I have heard of "Nmap" what does?

    Thanks.

nmap is a program for port scanning ppls connection not anything to do with a pserver. you mean vmaps* and you must extract the vmap files from your wow client with vmaps_extractor that come in the svn download of the source code. there are tutorials how to do vmap extraction and if you got a repack just go and ask the person that you got the repack from for the vmap extractor and vmap assemblers!

Unless Mangos have some kind of pathfinding algorithm the npcs will still walk through walls, vmaps only works as a LOS (Line of Sight) measure, meaning that mobs will not aggro you through walls (dont know if they will not aggro too if the are chain pulled).

Sorry, I meant mmap. Looking for a pathfinding system for testing on mangos and work with it.

Thank you to you for your responses.

No I mean, Is nearly impossible to have a pathfinding system right now, that would require to rewrite the entire emulator.
