    Missing configs?

    I recently re-compiled my Trinitycore server, and I followed the same exact steps from the first time I compiled. Now when I open up Authserver.exe, it closes instantly and doesn't give me an error message. If I click on it repeatedly, I can make out "missing configuration"..But I followed the same exact steps. What is causing this?

    Your probbly missing a config file, check your config folder(s) and see if your missing anything. If so, you may have to find configs online or something and use them, editing them to your liking. i dont know much about trinity so i cant tell you if the SVN has the configs.

    Probably all of them. If not im thinking its the one corresponding with the world .exe

    Just opened authserver.exe with a CMD command, and it says that Authserver.conf is missing..

    which it isn't, i'm looking right at it.

    are you sure the configs folder is named correctly?

    Yes.


    I fixed the problem though. Had to add "[authserver]" on the top of the configs.
