Qiraji tanks outside of AQ (ArcEmu)

Ok so I know the spell ID's and hashes for all 4 Qiraji battle tanks
26056 green tank 0xC26A641A
25953 blue tank 0x01C4E858
26054 red tank 0x2DC1AF29
26055 yellow tank 0x141B524B

and i know Temple of AQ zone ID is 3428

What I am having trouble finding is where the AQ mount only restrictions are. I have searched all the source code for the spell IDs the Hashes and the zone ID but it is still eluding me. Has anyone come into contact with these calls? Also looked into Spell.dbc and found all four spells but am having trouble in finding the restriction flag (if there is one).

Maybe its a DBC edit or the resrictions are in the client :S
