3.3.5A Repack MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer ERROR

I need help! i keep getting this on ever 3.3.5a Repack i download 6):

I am a noob here! all i do its make Game object in the game not put stuff on in folders

Just download and install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package or download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010.

when you run your server it tells you when it loads the revision!!!
and the config if it was from the same compile it says it too!!!
