Incomplete AreaTriggers

I recently set up my own 3.3.5 ArcEmu, WhyDB private server and i've noticed that when I go to certain places I often recieve a yellow message in the middle of my screen reading "[Areatrigger Missing] <#>" or something along those lines I believe.

I tried to solve the issue myself by going into my areatriggers table but found that 90% of the areatriggers are infact missing and I have no comprehension of how they work, or what they do.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
