How to fix spells that do not work

I am using ArcEmu with WhyDB. I have noticed a few spells that arn't working at all like holy shock and some spells don't work correctly like blink. How do I go about fixing them? Is it a problem with the database or arcemu?

Really, the best thing to do is go get a book or two on C++ get to know it better. Then open the source for ArcEmu and look through it, get your self used to it and then pop in your fixes.

So it is a problem with the core and not the database right?. Would I have to code all the fixes myself or is there places that already have the codes.

Yes, it is a core thing, not database. Find yourself a C++ guy that can manage your core. There aren't any specific sites for fixes, but google some stuff and look around on the popular WoW emu sites (MMOwned, AC--Web, etc.).

Like all the other said, spellfixing is a core thing, and sorta tricky. Loads of spells are broken, but the two you mentioned are strangely enough... not
Holy shock had a fix yesterday, so for that one you can just update
Blink works "funny" because it utilizes collision to calculate where you're going, so if you turn that on, it'll blink right, with it off you get the strange "jump" forward it currently has

also, if you are stuck without a core dev and you really need some spell fixes Lua is always an option, not a great one, but an option.
