Unable to validate game version?

Okay I downloaded a 3.3.5a repack, and when I go to login after making it public, it says unable to validate game version. How can I fix this?

Yes, I have the 3.3.5a client and my wow is patched up to 3.3.5a... Okay now its saying unable to connect, and the server is running...

Have you checked the .Conf files?
Inside the Logon.Conf file you'll find something like
<Client MinBuild = "8606"
MaxBuild = "8606"> (Note, This is for 2.4.3, Change theese to your Build)

I didnt see that in the login config file.... But I can look again...

if your repack is an arcemu repack, which it most likely is, these values are no longer there, it is more likely either you or the repack are not meant for build 12340, or 3.3.5a. check that there are no more patches and re-extract everything you need to. as for the conf values, arcemu has changed the build values to a dynamic, in-program system. It is meant to be right, if the arcemu is 3461 or higher, you're good for 3.3.5a.

Okay now im trying to use ascent 3.3.5a repack, and it has the build settings, but what was the build number for the version under 3.3.5a? I ask because im getting the unable to connect error....

Open the WoW client and in the bottom-left hand corner is the version no. and the build no.
