how do i remove the level and class restrictions.

Hey. I would like to remove the level and class restrictions. Its becuase all my classes should use all weapons. Like a mage can use axes. I got the npc but the class restriction is there still.
How to remove it?

Restart server and delete cache after applying. Only make 1 thread containing all your questions, you don't need to make more than one for each question.

well i executed these 2 things now, but i cant learn all spells from a weapon master... whats the problem? .
