What is a good PRE-TBC private server?

One that has either instant 60 or increased experience, a high amount of players, working raids, is either international or USA, and does not hand you epics, starting you out with something such as blues, where you get the epics yourself through raids, PVP, etc.

Forsaken Gaming is pretty nice (at least it used to be)

From what I've read, forsaken gaming doesn't start you out at 60 or have increased experience.

@ smolderforge pretbc you start with dungeon 1 set, instant 60 , not many players atm but its a nice server

Smolderforge is level 70.

If you check by Infected Gamers in a couple of weeks there MIGHT be a few players to hang around with. It's patch 2.4.3, but focus on level 60. Atm there's no people on the server as it's brand new.
