Problem about localhost

I know i have another post about this but i kinda messed it up.

I got a problem.

I got this new repack. And with it follows a account registration site.
It tells me to go http://localhost/ and then ill find my website.

Tried it but blank site comes up.
Also tried with my ip, 127.0.0.1 and even my realmlist. blank side pops up.

Help.

Well it isent that with this repack. It is made so no1 can see the players passes. so i cant make the passes that way. The accounts should be created by the site. And i got the htdocs folder and it all in there. But it wont come op on my internet. Just blank page.

Yes im using mangos and the thing u told worked .

But a new question. Do you know how to put my template in to my website? I got the FTP of website and a template, but no idea how to put it in.
