Question about transferring data over when patching

Right, I've got this 2.4.3 server with quite a bit of stuff on it that I made... is there any way that I could "transfer" all of it (for example, gameobjects that have been placed and character info) over to a blank server with the latest WoW patch instead of simply patching the current server up? Cos if I patch the old 2.4.3 one up, I'd have to add all the new weapon and armor things to the DB, wouldn't I?

Yeah, I've got the same problem... apparently my 3.3.2 server stopped working for me, while my friends COULD connect. Now I've updated to 3.3.3a but now my database is like... empty, except from the stuff already there. (So none of the stuff I spawned before, or edited.)
