Right. I shall explain everything in full detail.
I install WoW, then TBC, then WotLK. All from discs. WotLK said to change installation location otherwise patching could be an issue. So I accepted. And it's now in the User/Public/Games/ area.
DL'd all the patches from Gamershell. Except for 3.1.0 and 3.1.1 I believe which I got from other sites. Did all the manual patching. It worked when I fired up the launcher.
Then I installed the EasyHandler, then from that program got the Server, installed the server to where it has as a default location. Then tried to get my hands on the maps and DBC, but the link the program gave was broken for the 3.3.3 variant. So I went to another site and got it. Placed it in the folder that said to place it there.
Then I edited the Realmlist to "set realmlist 127.0.0.1". Ran the Novo's Server program. clicked start Server... and it said...
At the "Apache starting..." stage it brought up a new window.[INFO] Servers already running ->restarted...
Port 8096 is free - OK to run server
Port 3316 is free - OK to run server
Apache starting ....
Access is denied.

============--Read Info please--============
Novo's easy WoW Server 0.3.8 alpha started...OK
It all worked as normal... until this point...
So then I thought my maps & DBC were the wrong version, so I retried the broken link, still broken. Then tried the in-program creation method. Every file said it couldn't be created. Then DL'd ad.exe moved it to the correction location ran it and... Same thing...15:59:35 Map file 'Data/maps/0004331.map' is non-compatible version (outdated?). Please, create new using ad.exe program.
Correct *.map files not found in path 'Data/maps' or *.vmap/*vmdir files in 'Data/vmaps'. Please place *.map/*.vmap/*.vmdir files in appropriate directories or correct the DataDir value in the worldserver.conf file.
Incorrect DataDir value in worldserver.conf or not found build info (outdated DBC files). Required one from builds: 11723 Please extract correct DBC files.
What can I do???
For extra info, I run Windows 7 64-bit.
By the way I'm totally new to all of this.
All I solely want to do is make it so WoW can be placed singleplayer, offline. As easily and as most Blizzlike as possible.
