Faction Interaction!

I used to be able to do it on my repack, but now on my core I can't.

What I want to be able to do is make the factions interact with each other, as if they were the same faction. Like being able to party, trade, guilds, etc. It used to be called interfaction, and in the core all the have is interfaction mail!

If anyone knows how to do this, I will +Rep!
