Two Forms for Worgen not working?

O.k. So I'm attempting to make the catalyst repack work with the new races and all new class combos ... I spent hours trying to get all this working.. and sofar it does work
I can log on any class/race that is allowed via cataclysm...But, here is my problem.
I cannot use the worgen ability "two forms"
this is suppose to transform you from worgen to human and human to worgen
Without this ability the worgen do not work.
they are simply humans that start in there own starting zone and with some cool racials.
but they look exactly the same as humans.
without ranting too much... I was just wondering if anyone knew why this is happening or why some servers can implement, the two forms but not catalyst repack...

Cataclysm is very new and it's still on Alpha testing. So you have to accept that everything isen't working... be glad that you can log in and see the new changes at all.
