[C++]Editing the commands to .add .learn etc

I am attemptign to change the commands for my server to simply make them easier.I would also love to have phaseing aswell.I am compling this from scratch.A guide or some direct help would be appectiated.

A guide probably isn't around, they are shown how to add some, but not how to edit them.

A way you can learn yourself is to look through the commands (level 3.cpp to level0.cpp), and see how they are handled, then edit the command and things from that.
