[Website] Setup help!?

Alright, my server is arcemu 3.3.2. I forwarded all the ports i need to. And its 100% public. But now I want to add a website. I just downloaded XAMPP, and the website from http://www.mmowned.com/forums/emulat...latform-8.html . Problem is... I have no idea how to go about installing the website. Can anyone help me?

INSTALLATION

1. Extract and upload all the files
2. Import the database (which can be found in "backup/gdm_web.sql")
3. Edit the config file ("includes/config.php")

It tells you how to install it. , all you need to do is put the files in the www/htdocs folder of XAMPP.

Alright i put it in htdocs. now how do I start it up? when i click apache_startservice.exe. it says it cant start apache. any thoughts?

Under htdocs, replace everything with what you download, then follow the installation instructions

alright I installed the db, and edited the config. Now how do I start the service up, and what will the address be to the website?
ps. I just dropped the mmowned2 folder into htdocs, should i have only done the contents of it?

All you needed to do was take all the files from inside, and paste it in there, then edit the config files as needed.

Then you need to run Xampp from the main interface, and the address will be 127.0.0.1 till you port forward port 80 then it will be your external IP.
