[MaNGOS]Guild hearthstone

I'm really sorry if this has been covered guys but im lookin all over for this.

I made a custom guild house in an unused area on the map, and i want to make a hearthstone-type item that the guild members can use to teleport there anytime.

I used wow-v's item creator thing to make my item for both horde and alliance guild members it uses hearthstone id, it has its own entry id in item_templates. I just need to know how to link it to the right cords and add the teleport spell to it.

can anyone give me a hand?
