I know theres a few guides on account creation, but I want to do things a little different. I've set up a private server, but it's only going to be played among friends. I don't really want to worry about setting up a website with an account creation database. I'm too much of a noob and will mess it up in ways you could only imagine. What I want to do is manually make accounts for my friends. At the moment I've only got the admin account and I want to be able to create a few extra accounts so friends can join in. For example - for a friend of mine, Chris, I'd just simply make an account with the username and password "Chris" for him to log into and play. Is it possible to just make accounts manually like this and is this way easier than doing the whole website, database, install this and register with that and open these ports in your router etc? I'm just looking for a easier way of adding accounts to my server because of me being such a noob....and a little too time restricted to learn how to do it all up awesome like others here have done. I've looked around but only found guides on doing it the website way.

I've got it all working happily with Hamachi and can log into the admin account from another computer without any hassles (so far). So all that works ok.

You're looking for the .createaccount command.

ArcEmu is the easiest to make account The most easy way was stated by Barthen, but getting the program named Navicat will help alot, it will allow you to edit with there GM powers (something you might want to do), it is VERY easy to use and the columns are labeled and its all self explanitory

Thanks for the fast and helpful replies. For some reason the .createaccount command didn't work. It kept carrying on something about "There is no such command, or you don't have access to it". I was using the only account which is the admin one so god only knows whats going on there. I have the magic touch that can make things suddenly not work so I'll blame myself. I've just downloaded and had a go with Navicat and managed to add acounts and they work. Many thanks to you both. I appreciate the help very much.

. Im not sure what the command to create a account ingame is, but use .commands to list all of them, and im sure it will show you what one .
